Antonio Conte is prepared to talk with Manchester United, reports Fabrizio Romano.
United are still yet to make a decision on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s future as manager after a disastrous loss to Liverpool.
The Guardian reported the players are losing faith in Solskjaer, and the board are evaluating his future.

Sky Sport Italia report United are ‘considering’ Conte as a replacement, with the Premier League and Serie A winning boss available for work.
As yet, United have not contacted the Italian over the role.
Romano reports Conte does not like to take on jobs mid-season, but he would make an exception for United.
Conte won’t be the only option
United won’t head into this situation with a single target in mind, or at least they shouldn’t.
It would have been prudent to have a contingency plan of potential Solsjaer replacements drawn up in case of emergency.
Possible blind faith in Solskjaer may have prevented this contingency from being drawn up, with United potentially caught off guard in terms of how badly and how quickly this situation has unraveled.
Conte is certainly a contender, and United will have other bosses out there interested too, many of who will be less qualified.
It helps to know that if Conte is the number one choice, he would be keen to take on the challenge.
