Jadon Sancho was pictured training for the first time for Manchester United on Monday.
Sancho trained individually as he looked to prove his fitness before joining his new teammates later in the week.

After the long awaited first session for Sancho at Carrington, United’s new winger posted a message on social media acknowledging the milestone.
Sancho is a popular player on and off the pitch and there were a few notable people who responded to his message congratulating him on getting his Manchester United career up and running.
One was German NBA player Dennis Schroder, most recently of the LA Lakers, who said Sancho was ‘back home’.
Arsenal midfielder Joe Willock and Sancho’s former City youth teammate Cameron Humphreys both left responses on the winger’s page, as did Stoke’s England youth international striker Tyrese Campbell.
But certainly the most notable acknowledgment came from West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, Sancho’s England international teammate, who left a simple ‘fire emoji’ in response.

The expensive missing piece
Rice is a midfielder who many Manchester United fans would love to sign.
But this transfer window it looks highly unlikely, despite United’s need for a defensive midfielder.
United have invested heavily already this window, notably £73 million on Sancho. And there do not appear to be any high profile sales to be made to raise further funds at this time.
As much as Rice and Sancho get on well, United will have to decide whether to sign a more affordable defensive midfielder, or wait another year to try and commit to the sign the England star.
