Manchester United had added Cristiano Ronaldo to the display at the front of Old Trafford.
It had to be done. United first added the new frontage ahead of the first game of the season in August.
Now an image of Ronaldo is being added, with workman pictured installing the updated artwork.
BBC journalist Emma Sanders shared the picture on social media.
An additional picture shared of the completed work show Raphael Varane also added, along with women’s manager Marc Skinner.
Ronaldo is ready
United wanted the imagee complete and ready to welcome fans for the Ronaldo’s first game, this weekend.
United host Newcastle at Old Trafford on Saturday at 3pm.
Ronaldo trained with the first team on Tuesday for the first time. This gives him plenty of time in advance for the weekend’s fixture.
Ronaldo clinched his return to Manchester United on deadline day after he made clear his intent to leave Juventus.
United are leaving no stone unturned to ensure Ronaldo feels welcome upon his return. Adding his picture to the stadium frontage feels right.
This is Ronaldo’s team now, and if the team go on to win silverware, he will play a huge part.
