Bruno Fernandes netted his first ever hat-trick for Manchester United on the first day of the 2020/21 season.
Fernandes has only played a handful of games in front of a packed Old Trafford, and this was his chance to make up for lost time.

He did it brilliantly, taking his United career goal tally to 43 strikes in a Red Devils shirt.
Fernandes made a joke of his three goals, commenting that the reason he had done it until this point was that he wanted to wait until supporters were back at the ground.
Fernandes was helped by Paul Pogba, who provided four assists in the victory.
This was remarkably the first time Fernandes and Pogba had started together at Old Trafford in front of a packed crowd.
Pogba was injured when Fernandes joined the club in January 2020 through to the lockdown in early March.
Both players were inspired by the crowd and while Leeds were a defensively flawed opponent, United took full advantage of them.
Fernandes clearly appreciated the fans, and the feeling was likewise.
