Manchester United are trying to sign top young talents under Ineos but one target appears to have ruled out a move to Old Trafford.
Manchester United need signings in 2025 and Ruben Amorim will hope that new faces can make an immediate impact on this squad.
Thursday’s 3-1 win over Southampton did little to convince fans that this squad can really kick on and succeed.
Additions are imperative but January additions look unlikely – and Ineos will be looking to add more young talents to the ranks.
Ineos landed the likes of Chido Obi and Samuel Lusale over the summer whilst United paid big money for Leny Yoro.
Top prospects are wanted at Old Trafford but Ineos now look set to miss out on one in-demand wonderkid.

Wonderkid rules out Manchester United move
United fans have taken a keen interest in the future of Rosenborg’s Sverre Nypan.
Midfielder Nypan has been on the United radar for nearly two years now having shown huge potential in Norway.
Speaking last summer, Nypan admitted that playing for United would be a dream come true – and was aware of United’s interest.
United were heavily linked with Nypan in August amid claims that Arsenal had joined the race.
Reports in September noted that United were planning a move for Nypan amid claims that the Rosenborg ace is a ‘generational talent’.
Well, it looks like United’s interest in Nypan may be coming to an end.
TV2 in Norway report that Nypan is set to make a decision on his future imminently with an £11million price tag on his head.
The decision will come in ‘the next few weeks’ but it’s stated that United are ‘not among the remaining candidates’ for Nypan.
Arsenal and Manchester City are pushing for Nypan but it sounds like United are now being ruled out of the race.
It’s unclear whether United have moved on from Nypan or whether the teenager has simply snubbed United, but this development is a real blow for many fans.

Sverre Nypan latest a huge disappointment
Nypan may well end up joining a Premier League rival and this only sparks comparisons to Lucas Bergvall.
Another Scandinavian wonderkid midfielder, Bergvall spent time on trial at United and looked to be signing in the making.
Bergvall instead joined Djurgarden and then moved on to Tottenham Hotspur, where is now shining in the Premier League.
Rio Ferdinand can’t believe United missed out on Bergvall with the Swede showing his quality at just 18.
We wanted United to learn from the Bergvall miss by signing Nypan, but it looks like he will slip through the net too.
Missing out on Nypan is frustrating enough but seeing him join a Premier League rival would just rub salt into the wounds.
