Bruno Fernandes’ future at Manchester United has once again come to the forefront at Old Trafford after the sacking of Ruben Amorim by the Premier League club.
The 31-year-old Manchester United captain remained at Old Trafford for the current campaign after he was heavily linked with a move to Saudi Arabia last summer.

Bruno Fernandes rejected an approach from Saudi Pro League outfit Al Hilal and committed his future to the Red Devils under Ruben Amorim’s reign at the time.
But Amorim was axed from Man Utd last week and Fernandes shared a close relationship with his Portuguese compatriot after remaining as captain under him.
Fernandes inked his current United contract back in 2024 and it will run through to 2027, with the Red Devils having the option to extend for an additional 12 months.
