Manchester United youngster Ethan Laird provided another assist on loan for Swansea last night.
This is now assists in two consecutive games for the youngster.
Laird now has four assists in all competitions for Swansea in 15 appearances
Laird, 20, is progressing well for the Swans and proving himself at both ends of the pitch.
Swansea beat Coventry City 2-1 away from home to move to 10th in the Championship table.

A key player
Laird is flourishing at the Liberty Stadium and has adapted very well to Championship football.
He created three chances for Swansea in the win, a figure made even more impressive by the fact all of his teammates combined managed to create only one.
At the other end of the pitch, Laird won three tackles, the joint highest of all Swansea’s players, and also made one interception.
Laird was awarded 8/10 in Wales Online‘s player ratings, which remarked: “His energy levels were incredible. So unfortunate not to get more rewards for his efforts in the final third.”

Wing-back
Laird is playing at right wing-back for Swansea and his progress in this role should be very intriguing for United.
United have started the last two games with wing-backs, and while Aaron Wan-Bissaka has played well, Laird could provide stern competition next season.
There is a fluidity to Laird’s attacking play which Wan-Bissaka does not have, and his development is very encouraging.
He has a long way to go in Swansea’s season and must maintain his consistency to prepare him for potentially playing Premier League football next season.
