With less than one week remaining in the transfer window, Manchester United’s month has finally gotten busy.
Ruben Amorim has always conveyed a hopeful attitude toward winter additions. Acknowledging the financial position Ineos finds itself in at the club.
The signing of Diego Leon was completed earlier this month, but this transfer won’t go through until June – following the Paraguayan’s 18th birthday.
Now, this week has seen two deals for the present draw close at Manchester United.
Ayden Heaven is set for a medical after United agreed a deal to sign the 18-year-old.
This addition will be quickly followed by United’s signing of Patrick Dorgu, with the transfer getting the ‘here we go’ on Tuesday.
Now, there could be further departures creeping into the priority position of United’s to-do list in the coming days.

Real Betis target Tyrell Malacia
There have already been a handful of loan exits this month.
Four academy players including Ethan Wheatley to Walsall have all gone out for first-team experience, while Antony has joined Real Betis until June.
Now, Betis are also eyeing up a swoop for Tyrell Malacia this month.
This is according to a report from the Daily Mail which claims that Antony could soon find a familiar face in the locker room in Seville, in the form of Malacia.
It is explained that the mid-table La Liga side are one of several clubs who are considering a move this month to sign Malacia – who is not in the favour of Amorim who has already told Malacia to leave.
Malacia’s position will also be weakened, with the impending arrival of Dorgu from Lecce.
Manchester United set for massive upgrade in Ruben Amorim’s weak point
When Amorim arrived, he made clear United needed to sign a left wing-back, and there was no way for the club to disagree as he was completely spot on.
Jason Wilcox and Christopher Vivell clearly agreed, with two additions for the position this month.
However, it is Dorgu who will be expected to offer an immediate upgrade – which shouldn’t be difficult considering the players who have struggled in the position this season.
Diogo Dalot has been prominent, Malacia has looked unimpressive, Noussair Mazraoui is unnatural and Luke Shaw is ever-unavailable. So Dorgu offers a huge upgrade in potentially the biggest position which needed an upgrade.
Dorgu will take time to bed in, but this season is perfect for that with no expectations – however, just by his profile he will be an upgrade and provide plenty more balance to the squad.
