Manchester United’s injury list has a new inclusion, Ruben Amorim has confirmed ahead of the Premier League clash with Bournemouth.
There are a maximum of eight games left this season, with five in the Premier League and hopefully three in the Europa League.
For Manchester United, everything will be resting on the three games in Europe, with a semi-final clash with Athletic Club Bilbao standing between Ruben Amorim and a major cup final.
This, more importantly, would give United a chance to secure Champions League football next season, which may be key in allowing the club to really complete a full-scale rebuild this summer.

Premier League football is not so important right now, with United sitting 14th and in a mini-league between 13th and 17th, with no real difference in the positions, as all are terrible.
But, with a very important trip to Spain on Thursday, the news that Diogo Dalot has picked up a calf injury for United and potentially sees his season over could not have come at a worse time.
However, this could prove a golden chance for one youngster.

Harry Amass has a chance to establish himself at Manchester United
Dalot picking up a big injury is untimely for United, but it has handed breakout star Harry Amass the golden opportunity to establish himself as a first-team player.
Since Amass made his United debut against Leicester in March, he has started two Premier League games and made a cameo appearance in the brilliant 5-4 win over Lyon in the Europa League.
Amass is United’s 253rd academy graduate and has made an impression on Amorim with the head coach giving him plenty of minutes and with Dalot injured this is only going to continue.
Going forward, Amass’ breakout has wowed Mason Mount and has done enough to start ahead of Luke Shaw, for example. With Dorgu impressing on the right, it could be an Amass-left and Dorgu-right wing-back combination to conclude the campaign.
This gives Amass the golden opportunity to play against Athletic Club in Europe and potentially help lead United to a Europa League final and trophy which could make him an instead star in Amorim’s eyes and also with the fans.
Amorim has been impressed with Amass, but now he needs him to reach new heights for United in order to put a shiny end to this dismal campaign.
Harry Amass deserves massive credit for turning Manchester United career around
Before this season began, it was widely assumed that Amass was going to be a breakout star for Erik ten Hag after impressing in pre-season. However, this wasn’t the case with Ten Hag even starting Toby Collyer over Amass at left back.
It was reported that Amass didn’t have the physicality to play in the Premier League at that point, and it must have been incredibly frustrating for the 18-year-old. This led to Aston Villa having an interest in signing Amass, and his future at Old Trafford looked bleak.
But instead of giving up, Amass knuckled down and developed himself physcially and mentally which ultimately earned him his chance and he hasn’t looked back.
Now, Amass looks every bit as talented and high potential as Dorgu does and he is firmly back in the running to be a star for Amorim for years to come.
