Jesse Lingard has had a positive start to his loan career at West Ham.
He scored two goals on his debut against Aston Villa last week in his first Premier League game of the season

The weekend’s match with Fulham ended in a draw, and the Hammers’ next game is away to Manchester United in the FA Cup on Tuesday night.
So can Lingard feature for West Ham in the fixture?
The answer is no, and there are two very simple reasons why.
United don’t want him to
As per rules of loan agreements, the club loaning out the player have the right to stipulate that said player cannot play against them.
In the Premier League it is standard practice, and Lingard will not be eligible to feature in the league game at Old Trafford later this season between the two teams.
That game is scheduled at present for March 13 at 3pm, although is subject to change slightly for television purposes.
He is cup-tied
Even if United were open to allowing Lingard to feature in this game, rules would not permit it.
Lingard featured for United in the FA Cup third round against Watford, playing all 90 minutes in a 1-0 victory in which Scott McTominay scored the goal.

No player is allowed to feature in the FA Cup for more than one team in the same season.
West Ham will then be without Lingard, and possibly Tomas Soucek, who was controversially sent off against Fulham.
However if West Ham appeal this decision, as expected, they have a good chance of overturning it.
