Manchester United now looks set to complete the signing of talented Liverpool striker Vincent Joseph this summer.
While the first team is set to be strengthened massively this summer, Manchester United also have grand plans for the academy.
United have been linked with David Eze, formerly of Manchester City, this summer for the U18 midfield ranks.
While United have also shown interest in Isaac Konde from Liverpool. But the biggest target for the academy this summer appears to be Vincent Joseph, and now he looks set to make the switch.

Manchester United set to sign Vincent Joseph
It has been claimed that United were in talks to sign Joseph in recent months, followed by an apparent tour of Carrington, all suggesting Ineos were leading the race.
But now, journalist Pete O’Rourke has claimed that Joseph has actually agreed a scholarship deal with United.
Joseph would therefore depart Liverpool, having been excluded from their scholarship list this month, and should be named on United’s when it is released in the next few weeks.
This is a huge coup for United’s academy, because Joseph arrives instantly as one of the finest young talents in the country and a pure number nine prospect to ramp up some pressure on the likes of Chido Obi and Louie Bradbury.

Everything you need to know about Vincent Joseph
Born in January 2010, Joseph is a 16-year-old striker who has been part of Liverpool’s academy for his entire youth career, stretching back to 2018.
Standing at 5ft 10in, Joseph still has some growing to do, and when coupled with his lightning speed and strength, he is the profile of becoming a top-tier striker.
Joseph is capped for England at an U16 level, scoring eight goals in nine appearances, with a call-up to higher age groups likely to come in the very near future.
His brother Valentin Joseph is two years his senior, currently at Blackburn Rovers, and is a real top talent in his own right.
Joseph will start with United’s U18s, potentially alongside Kai Rooney, but given his qualities, don’t be surprised if the club also tests him in the U21s quite early.
