Manchester United have welcomed Bruno Fernandes back to training after the international break.
Bruno Fernandes was suspended for Portugal’s second game of the international break, and it was expected this could see him return for Ruben Amorim’s first training session at Manchester United.
This was not quite the case, with Fernandes not among the 11 first team players in training on November 18.
But there is good news, with Fernandes now making his return to Carrington and getting to know his new head coach.
Bruno Fernandes ‘wins’ in training
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes had a happy comeback to Carrington – according to his own post on Instagram.
Fernandes shared an image on Instagram featuring himself along with some of his teammates, a mix of first team and academy players.
He captioned his picture ‘winning team’, along with a jab at Kobbie Mainoo, telling him to ‘try again next time’, after the youngster’s team were beaten in their session.

It is a great experience for the young stars to get to mix with the first team regulars, and that is one of the benefits of players being away on internationals, young players are needed to bulk out the sessions.
Young defenders Kukonki and Armer are causing particular excitement with their development for the under-18s, and they will have been keen to leave a good impression on the first team captain, not just the new head coach.
