Cristiano Ronaldo will be fired up to win this weekend when Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur.
Ominously for Tottenham and positively for Manchester United, Ronaldo has a fantastic record against the North London side.
Ronaldo has scored more goals against Tottenham than any other English club
Ronaldo has a better record against Spurs than any other Premier League team.
In 18 games against Tottenham, Ronaldo has won 12, drawn 5, and lost just one.
Ronaldo has scored 10 goals in these matches, and added five assists, contributing 15 goals in 18 matches.
One small crumb of comfort for Tottenham is the team Ronaldo scored second most against, Aston Villa (9) were able to keep him quiet in their most recent match against United.
One other notable number is Ronaldo has five yellow cards against Tottenham, more than any English team he has played against.

Split matches with United and Real
Ronaldo has not just faced Tottenham with Manchester United, he has done so with Real Madrid.
In fact it was with Real Madrid who he sustained his only loss against Tottenham, a shock 3-1 defeat against Mauricio Pochettino’s team in 2018, his most recent meeting.
Six of the Tottenham side who played that day are still with the club, including Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Harry Winks, Dele Alli, Ben Davies, and Hugo Lloris.
Ronaldo did score in that match, and managed to do so in every game he played against Spurs with Real, netting four goals in four games against them, which included 4-0 and 1-0 wins to knock them out of the Champions League quarter-finals in 2010/11.
The superstar is unbeaten with United against Spurs, with his most recent match in a Red Devils’ shirt against them in a 5-2 comeback win.
After Spurs took a surprise 2-0 lead at Old Trafford in 2009, Ronaldo inspired a fightback to win 5-2, scoring twice and providing one assist.

Ronaldo also enjoyed League Cup final success against Spurs, featuring in United’s 2009 cup win, which the team won 4-1 on penalties after a 0-0 draw.
His first ever game against Tottenham came in 2003, a 2-1 away win in which John O’Shea and Ruud van Nistelrooy scored the goals.
Spurs were among the first teams Ronaldo scored against for United later that season, in a 3-0 win at Old Trafford.
Ronaldo scored the second goal in between strikes from Ryan Giggs and David Bellion. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer provided an assist for Giggs in that 2004 clash.
