Manchester United are pressing ahead with a deal to sign Matheus Cunha but could also add a striker for the future at Old Trafford.
The end of the season is now in sight and Manchester United are wasting no time in targeting additions for Ruben Amorim’s squad.
United are closing in on Matheus Cunha, with the Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker expected to complete a move to Old Trafford.
Cunha is viewed as a number 10 in Amorim’s approach, and United may still look to add a real centre forward this summer.
Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap is a top United target, but Ineos are also trying to add a teenage goalscorer to develop over the coming years.

Manchester United move for Enzo Kana-Biyik now ‘imminent
Reports earlier this week suggested that United were moving to sign Enzo Kana-Biyik from Le Havre.
The teenage striker can leave Le Havre on a free transfer this summer and United are trying to bring him to Old Trafford.
Further claims earlier this week suggested that United are in advanced talks to sign Kana-Biyik, with the 18-year-old striker viewed as a big talent for the future.
L’Equipe now report that talks are ‘well underway’ for Kana-Biyik to become a United player.
It’s stated that sources close to the deal believe a move to United is now ‘imminent’.
Le Havre are still trying to convince Kana-Biyik to stay put, but their hopes appear to be dwindling with the striker nearing a move to United.

Ineos already have plans for Kana-Biyik
Teenage striker Kana-Biyik will have dreams of becoming a first-team star at Old Trafford down the line.
Kana-Biyik will follow in Paul Pogba’s footsteps, trading the Le Havre academy for a chance with United.
That journey to the first team is not an easy one, and Ineos already appear to have plans for Kana-Biyik.
Reports suggest that Kana-Biyik will spend next season with Lausanne-Sport, joining the Swiss club on loan once his move to United goes through.
Ineos own Lausanne-Sport and want to help the Swiss side whilst aiding Kana-Biyik’s long-term development.
That clear plan may well be a factor in Kana-Biyik’s decision to join United, with a deal seemingly moving closer and closer to completion.
