Wonderkid Enzo Kana-Biyik is following in the footsteps of Paul Pogba as he closes in on a move to Manchester United.

Ineos are wasting no time scouring the transfer market for exciting new additions to Ruben Amorim’s squad.

Before the window has even opened, Manchester United have held positive talks with Matheus Cunha, while a £30m deal for Liam Delap looks likely once his relegation clause comes into action.

But, just as they did in the summer, Ineos have one eye on bringing exciting young players into the club and United are in advanced talks for Enzo Kana-Biyik.

Enzo Kana-Biyik is following Paul Pogba pathway to Man United

United are in talks with Le Havre to sign 18-year-old Kana-Biyik as Ineos try to scout a new superstar for Old Trafford.

According to reports, Kana-Biyik will be sent on loan for his first season with Ineos set to make use of their multi-club ownership to send him to FC Lausanne-Sport.

When he returns to Old Trafford, he can set about following in Paul Pogba’s footsteps.

When Paul Pogba first joined Manchester United in 2009 as a talented teenager, he made the move from Le Havre – the same academy where Kana-Biyik has made his name.

Pogba was 16 years old when he made the move from Le Havre to Old Trafford, and he spent three years at the club before leaving as a free agent to join Juventus.

Now, 16 years after poaching Pogba from Le Havre’s academy, United are returning to pick up another gem.
