It is just over a year since Matteo Darmian made a low key exit from Manchester United.
The right-back joined Serie A side Parma for a fee of just £1.4 million.
Now he is set to link up with former Manchester United teammates Romelu Lukaku and Ashley Young at Inter Milan.
TMW report Darmian will join Inter imminently and undergo a medical today.
Parma won’t make much profit. Fabrizio Romano says Inter are set to pay around £1.8 million.

The 30-year-old made 36 appearances in total for Parma, scoring once.
He had previously played 92 games for United after joining in 2015 from Torino, under Louis van Gaal.
Darmian’s move is a bit of a surprise, but also fits with Antonio Conte’s approach at Inter.
Conte appears to be a fan of veteran players, signing Ashley Young in January, and recently adding Arturo Vidal.
Darmian will get a chance for Inter in the Champions League in the coming months.
Inter have been drawn in the same group as Real Madrid, Shakhtar, and Moenchengladbach.
