A surprise loss for Paris Saint-Germain against Istanbul Basaksehir could see both Manchester United and RB Leipzig qualify for the Champions League knockout phase.
Realistically, one of United and Leipzig will likely be heading for the Europa League at 10pm on Tuesday.
United need a draw or win to book a place in the last 16, while a defeat would mean almost certain elimination.
With so much on the line, RB Leipzig’s players are predictably talking up the importance of getting a result.

Marcel Sabitzer told the club website he is confident his team will get the win.
Sabitzer said: “We’re looking ahead to the game against Manchester United on Tuesday.
“We want to reach the knockouts at all costs. We’re really up for the game and I’m convinced that we are capable of winning.”
Leipzig went toe to toe with Bayern Munich at the weekend and drew 3-3 in an entertaining game.
Personal score for Sabitzer
RB Leipzig were humiliated by United at Old Trafford. That makes for an interesting backdrop to this upcoming showdown.
The German side will be determined to prove a point, but also a little wary.
Sabitzer said after the game it was a real low point for him. He gave away the penalty for Anthony Martial to score the game’s fourth goal.
He told Fussball News: “I probably had the worst game of my career.”
All on the line
Tuesday’s game is not an easy one to call. Leipzig have home advantage, but this has not meant too much to United lately.
Aside from the freak result in Turkey, United have won every single away match this season.

Last season’s Champions League semi-finalists will not be beaten easily on home turf.
The 5-0 win at Old Trafford was bizarre how suddenly United were able to take complete control in the latter stages.
Either team would be totally gutted by defeat, and United will end up ultimately cursing the loss to Basaksehir if Tuesday’s result goes against us.
