When Bruno Fernandes is in Manchester United’s training sessions, the intensity and competitiveness increases.
Fernandes has shown this with his use of social media, to celebrate each time he lands on the winning team in training. And on occasion, poke fun at his teammates who were not.
The most recent victim of Fernandes’ ribbing was England star Luke Shaw, who he called out on Instagram for missing out on winning the training game.

Later that day Shaw his back, posting a picture of his team celebrating a win, with Fernandes nowhere to be seen, claiming his picture to be more important.

Fernandes was determined to help the final say and had a response to Shaw’s comment.

These messages show of the good spirit and competitiveness in United’s camp, where everybody wants to win every task and game, no matter how small. Fernandes is a huge part of that culture, and it has been paying off on the pitch.
Now United’s stars want to go one step further and win the title next season or a cup trophy. Having come so close last season, the only acceptable way is up.
