Manchester United are ‘confident’ of completing a deal for Jadon Sancho, report ESPN.
United and Borussia Dortmund are currently apart in terms of valuation after the first bid was rejected.
Details to be ironed out include the overall fee, breakdown of installments, and bonuses.
Personal terms and agent fees are said to be agreed.
The extra complication is that Sancho is at Euro 2020 with England currently.

No wish to drag this out
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reported United want to act swiftly and do not want this to turn into a long, drawn out negotiation.
Bundesliga inside Jan Aage Fjortoft said Sancho’s camp believe the deal to be more or less done and could go through next week.
In that case United will likely have to cede to some of Dortmund’s demands, although they are clearly determined to get the best deal for the club.
Any savings made on the transfer fee can be put towards other deals, and there are several which United need.
Centre-back and defensive midfield are priority positions, while right-back and striker could also see reinforcements arrive.
Paul Pogba’s expiring contract which runs out in 2022 also adds complication to United’s busy summer.
Getting the Sancho deal done can allow United to focus on the rest, along with outgoings, with a decision due to be made over the goalkeeper decision.
Either one of David de Gea or Dean Henderson will likely be moved on to raise funds, with Tom Heaton arriving as back-up.
