Cristiano Ronaldo has clinched a blockbuster return to Manchester United.
The one time Manchester United icon is back for seconds, with United announcing a deal subject to medical.
Ronaldo’s former teammate Gary Neville welcomed Ronaldo’s return, and used it to take a dig at pal Jamie Carragher.
Posting a picture of Ronaldo going up against Carragher, Neville reminded him the Premier League’s defences are better.
Ronaldo ready to resume normal service
Cristiano Ronaldo may be 36 but his goalscoring remains phenomenal.
Ronaldo scored 101 goals for Juventus in three seasons, which is almost as many as the 118 he scored for Manchester United during his six-year spell at Old Trafford.

Ronaldo and Neville played together for United, although the latter retired a long time ago.
Ronaldo is the only one of the 2008 Treble winning still playing, with Carlos Tevez currently without a club.
He is still going strong and he has a new challenge by returning to the Premier League.
Manchester United have him surrounded with talent, young and old, and while there are still improvements to be made, this is a potentially great team capable of so much. Ronaldo will be a huge difference maker.
