Bruno Fernandes has become the first Manchester United player to welcome Jadon Sancho to the club.
The club’s top goalscorer from last season sent a welcome message on social media to Sancho after the deal was announced.

Sancho’s move was finally confirmed by the club this afternoon. The England winger has signed a deal until 2026 with an option to extend by a further year.
United have been waiting for this deal a long time and the addition of Sancho strengthens the club’s attacking options substantially.
Sancho can play on both flanks and it is going to be a real treat watching him link up with Fernandes and co.
Sancho scored 16 goals last season and provided 19 assists for Dortmund.
At just 21, he is a huge talent who has set numerous records in the Bundesliga and United have locked down his long term future.
He is going to make Fernandes’ job easier too because teams cannot double down on him to try and stop United creating chances. If they do, Sancho will have extra space to try and hurt them.

Rashford and Maguire welcome Sancho
Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire also both welcomed Sancho to United.
