Manchester United suffered another Premier League defeat on Sunday afternoon as Ruben Amorim endured a 2-0 loss to West Ham United.
The Europa League has become Manchester United’s top priority, but the Premier League campaign has become an absolute farce.
United beat Athletic Club 4-1 on Thursday night, booking a place in the Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur.
Sunday brought another Premier League defeat, though, as United lost 2-0 at home to West Ham United.
Tomas Soucek and Jarrod Bowen scored the goals to condemn United to a 17th defeat of the Premier League season.
United sit 16th in the Premier League table with just 10 wins, leaving Ruben Amorim with one last shot to finish the season on a high.

Tottenham Hotspur avoid Dejan Kulusevski nightmare ahead of Manchester United clash
United’s Premier League campaign has been done and dusted for a while now, with Amorim naming rotated starting XIs.
Amorim is focusing solely on the Europa League and a potential route into next season’s Champions League.
The Europa League final will see two struggling Premier League sides go head-to-head in Bilbao.
Tottenham Hotspur continue to flounder and also lost 2-0 at home on Sunday, falling to defeat against Crystal Palace.
Spurs and United have endured terrible campaigns yet now have the chance to qualify for the Champions League in a quite bizarre final.
Tottenham suffered a scare against Palace, with playmaker Dejan Kulusevski picking up a knee injury.
The Swede was quickly substituted and appeared to be in pain as he made way just 10 days away from facing United.
Ange Postecoglou has clarified the situation, telling Football London that Kulusevski ‘should be OK’ for the Europa League final despite being substituted.
“Should be OK, just talking to him after. Medical team are not too concerned with him, more of a knock than anything else. So we’re hoping he should be OK,” said Postecoglou.

Spurs can’t afford to lose Kulusevski before United clash
Tottenham really could not afford to lose Kulusevski ahead of the Europa League final.
James Maddison will already miss the Europa League final and Kulusevski is Tottenham’s only other recognised playmaker.
The Swede has suffered injury problems during 2025 and Sunday’s injury will have left Tottenham fans and Postecoglou fearing the worst.
Kulusevski’s injury appears to just be a knock, but it still leaves Tottenham in something of a quandary before heading to Bilbao.
Tottenham face Aston Villa on Friday evening and must now weigh up whether to play Kulusevski.
One argument would be that a game at Villa Park can help Kulusevski in terms of sharpness against United.
The flip side is that Kulusevski may not be 100% fit and could be a concern just days away from the final.
United will be watching Kulusevski’s situation with intent, especially after he destroyed United at Old Trafford earlier in the season.
