Manchester United take on Brighton in the Premier League this weekend. Here’s absolutely everything you need to know about the fixture.
And breathe. United fans are finally through last week’s horrendous antics. The week began with a crippling 3-1 defeat at the Emirates – but only got worse from there.
Jadon Sancho then had a fallout with Erik ten Hag, Sofyan Amrabat is apparently ‘injured‘ after signing and Antony got provided a delayed return due to his ongoing assault accusations. It wasn’t the best week to be a Red Devils fan.
Nevertheless, a new week brings new horizons. United are back in Premier League action as they take on Brighton & Hove Albion in what will be a very tough fixture. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

Live Stream
There, unfortunately, won’t be any way to livestream the Premier League fixture either.
Highlights will be available on the official Sky Sports Premier League YouTube channel a little later in the day, or you can catch up with the Red Devils on Match of the Day, which will be on BBC 1 later on Saturday night.

Team News
United have a lot of changes coming to the side.
For starters, it looks like Rasmus Hojlund will finally lead the line for the first time. The Danish forward had a great cameo against Arsenal and will be fully fit to start at Old Trafford following the international break.
Some great news is that Mason Mount could be back in the matchday squad. He’s recovered from his knock against Nottingham Forest and will most likely be on the bench for the Red Devils.
Then there’s the right-winger debacle. With Antony and Sancho having separate issues, young Facundo Pellistri could be given a shot from the off – although there are other ways around it.
It’s touch and go as to whether Sofyan Amrabat could debut. It’s quite uncertain at this moment how bad his injury is.

Prediction
Brighton have cemented themselves as a seriously top club in the English top flight. Roberto De Zerbi is an absolute genius of a coach, so this is going to be a fierce encounter.
Our home form has been good – but this is much superior opposition. We predict a draw.
- Prediction: Manchester United 1 – 1 Brighton
