Ronaldo’s late winner against Atalanta was a magical moment and it captured the attention of two of his former Real Madrid teammates.
Ronaldo’s post-match message on Instagram elicited responses from a couple of Real stars.
Real captain Marcelo wrote, ‘I like to see you have fun’, while Vinicius Jr mimicked Ronaldo’s famous celebration.

Ronaldo is making sure that Champions League nights at Old Trafford are unmissable. They are an absolute must-watch, right to the very end.
This one he did not leave quite as late as the 95th minute against Villarreal where he scored with the last kick of the game.
In last night’s match he spared United fans a little of the anxiety by scoring in the 83rd minute.
United still had to hang on, and there were a couple of nervous moments late on, but the team held on for a spectacular 3-2 win.
Another tough test awaits when United face Atalanta in Italy in two weeks. Before then the team face Liverpool and then Tottenham in the Premier League.
