Manchester United will have to fend off interest in club captain Bruno Fernandes this summer.
In what has been a hugely disappointing campaign for Manchester United, one of the only silver linings has been the incredible form of Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes is considered unsellable by United, not only for his incredible output on the pitch, but also for his leadership off of it.
Ruben Amorim is a huge fan of Fernandes, but he might have a fight on his hands to keep hold of the 30-year-old this summer.
That is because reports suggest Saudi Pro League clubs want to sign Fernandes this summer with an eye-watering bid being prepared.

Bruno Fernandes has already rejected offers to leave Man United
Thankfully for United, Fernandes does not have a release clause so it will ultimately come down to Ineos whether or not the Portugal international is sold this summer.
Amorim has made it clear he wants to keep Fernandes after ruling out a move to Real Madrid earlier this season.
Fernandes didn’t flinch at Madrid’s interest, and he has also proven in the past that Saudi money wasn’t enough to tempt him away from Old Trafford.
Fabrizio Romano revealed that Fernandes has received ‘crazy’ Saudi offers in both 2023 and 2024 yet decided to stay put in Manchester.
After rejecting those offers, Fernandes revealed that he held a straightforward conversation with the club about his future before making his decision.
“We talked about the possibility of me leaving the club or staying,” Fernandes said, as quoted by BBC Sport.
“They said what they wanted from me. I just asked if they still see me as part of the future of the club or not. I spoke at the time with [Erik] Ten Hag also.
“He was very clear with me, the club was very clear with me, that they thought I would be a big part of this rebuild. I thought that we could be successful.”
It is down to Ineos and Amorim to convince Fernandes that United will improve – and quickly – in the next few seasons.
What Al Hilal are willing to offer Bruno Fernandes to leave Man United
Fernandes’ previous comments strongly suggest that his heart remains in Manchester, but the offer that could arrive on his desk this summer is nothing short of jaw-dropping.
According to reports, Al-Hilal are preparing a British record offer for Fernandes, beating the £115million paid by Chelsea for Moises Caicedo.
The Saudi Pro League club have set aside £510million for their summer transfer business, with Fernandes identified as a top target.

In terms of wages, Fernandes will be offered a staggering £1.25million per week – an incredible upgrade on his current £300,000 per week wages at United.
It equates to £65million per season, meaning over the three-year contract he is being offered he would earn £195million by his 34th birthday.
