The situation around Marcus Rashford is heating up with two European giants now renewing their interest in the winger.

The situation around Marcus Rashford is a strange one.

Despite clear intentions to depart, Rashford has hit out at claims he has met intermediaries in order to expedite this move.

Ruben Amorim has remained calm for Manchester United, repeatedly stating Rashford is part of the club – refusing to be drawn into controversy.

Rashford is said to have caused every manager grief, which suggests why the club are ready to cut ties with the player who explained he is searching for a new challenge.

Now, Ineos‘ stance is clear as interest begins to mount.

Manchester United decide to sell Marcus Rashford

With an interview like the one Rashford shared, it is hard to come back and ever gain the trust of fans again and now United have made an ultimate decision.

It is according to The Times, that United chiefs have now made the call to sell Rashford, with the 27-year-old no longer considered among Amorim’s plans.

Ineos have come to the conclusion that now is the right time to sell Rashford, although it is yet to be seen if satisfactory offers will arrive in January.

Journalist Ben Jacobs has told mufcMPB that United are now inviting clubs to make offers for Rashford, although with the rule that it must be a minimum of £40m.

Meanwhile, Ineos are expected to remain strict on the asking price, with no compromise expected to be made.

This comes as interested parties begin to emerge.

PSG and Borussia Dortmund renew interest in Marcus Rashford

Rashford is not expected to have unlimited options in January, with Saudi Arabia and MLS expected to be among his leading options – with Jacobs stating that Seattle Sounders are contemplating a move.

Now, according to TEAMtalk, there could be European options for Rashford.

Both Borussia Dortmund and PSG are now showing signs of a renewed interest in the English forward.

These two options are destinations that Rashford is sure to consider as they offer him the Champions League football he desires.

If Rashford is to leave, these are two clubs he would probably thrive at and no doubt have Ineos second-guessing the decision.

Above this, Rashford has already rejected three offers from the Saudi Pro League, each worth over £35m per year as per the Daily Mail.
