Marcus Rashford breaks silence over his Man Utd future amid exit links

The future of Marcus Rashford at Manchester United has been much debated over the past week.

On Sunday when Ruben Amorim left out Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho, plenty of eyebrows were raised.

However, ultimately the fact Manchester United picked up a massive 2-1 win over Manchester City meant the decision from Amorim could not be criticised.

The Manchester United head coach got it right, laying down the law and telling his players that they cannot walk all over him, and this is a key factor in the Red Devils returning to the levels we expect.

However, this has led to reports that Rashford is now ready to leave Old Trafford, with multiple suitors emerging with interest.

Now, the No.10 has broken his silence over the situation.

Marcus Rashford breaks silence over Manchester United future

On Tuesday night, quotes from Rashford have emerged regarding his future after he spoke with Henry Winter.

In a shocking bombshell interview, Rashford has now confirmed he is ready to quit United.

“For me, personally, I think I’m ready for a new challenge and the next steps.

“When I leave it’s going to be ‘no hard feelings’. You’re not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That’s me as a person.

“If I know that a situation is already bad I’m not going to make it worse. I’ve seen how other players have left in the past and I don’t want to be that person. When I leave I’ll make a statement and it will be from me.”

Winter then asked, from the heart if he’ll always be a Red, to which Rashford responded, “Yes! 100%. 100%.”

Marcus Rashford’s reacts to Ruben Amorim leaving him out

After shocking the entire country by verbalising his desire to leave United, Rashford then spoke out over the decision Amorim made to exclude him against City.

“It’s disheartening to be left out of a Derby,” Rashford replied.

“But it’s happened, we won the game so let’s move on. It’s disappointing but I’m also someone as I’ve got older I can deal with setbacks.

“What am I going to do about it? Sit there and cry about it. Or do my best the next time I’m available.”
