Manchester United are reported to be showing interest in Norwegian winger Jens Petter Hauge.
Dagbladet report United had a senior scout Tommy Møller Nielsen in attendance to watch Hauge.
So what do we need to know about Hauge and where he could fit in?
1) Hauge, 20, is a left winger who has been in blistering form for Bodo/Glimt this season so far.
2) He has eight goals and seven assists in 12 matches so far this season, scoring every 132 minutes.

3) Hauge’s contract runs out in 2021, meaning that United may have a chance to sign him at a knockdown price.
4) It is notable that Hauge is represented by the same sports agency which also counts Odion Ighalo among it’s clients
5) He has a record of 26 goals in 108 games total for Bodo/Glimt, having made his debut as a 16-year-old.
He knows about United’s interest
Hauge was asked about United showing interest after the match at the weekend.
He told Dagbladet: “If that’s right, then it’s very fun. But it’s not something I can go around thinking about, because then my performance will fall.
“I have to focus on delivering. I will of course be very flattered if this is true, but I am now concentrating on performing in Glimt.”
Asked if a transfer to United would appeal, he added: “It’s quite clear. When a club like Manchester United comes on the field, it will always be interesting.”
Would this be a good move?
It would be preferable if Hauge was a right winger as this is a clearer area of need, but United still need an alternative and back-up to Marcus Rashford.
That may eventually be Serbian whizkid Filip Stevanovic, who Republika claimed last week is set to join from Partizan Belgrade in 2021, although it yet to be confirmed.
Hauge is among the top talents to emerge from Norway in recent years along with Erling Haaland, Martin Odegaard and Sander Berge.

He even starred with Haaland as Norway’s under-20 side demolished Honduras last summer and the striker scored a staggering nine goals.
Solskjaer has managed against Hauge before with Molde, and will be well aware of him as the in-form player in Norwegian football.
The fact he is represented by Ighalo’s agent, Atta Aneke, described by FourFourTwo as a close associate of Solskjaer’s agent Jim Solbakken adds further intrigue to a potential deal.
With Hauge’s contract running down, he represents a cheap gamble if United want to continue adding players with clear potential to the squad.
