Former Manchester United star Scott McTominay sent out a heartfelt message after he made a stunning impact again for Napoli in the Serie A match against Torino.
Scott McTominay made his exit from Old Trafford last summer and the ex-Manchester United midfielder completed a sensational move to Napoli.
Napoli paid United a £25.7m fee for McTominay and the 28-year-old former Red Devils star has become a key player for manager Antonio Conte at the club.
McTominay has made 32 appearances across all competitions in his debut season at Napoli and the Scotland international has scored 12 times and picked up four assists.
The former United player has been in red-hot form at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and he has netted 11 times in 30 Serie A matches in the 2024-25 campaign.
McTominay came through the United youth academy and he had made 255 appearances for the Red Devils and scored 29 times for the United first team.

McTominay earned huge praise for his Napoli performance and the former Manchester United midfielder opened the scoring inside the first 10 minutes.
The Napoli ace completed his brace ahead of half-time and McTominay’s impact ensured that Antonio Conte’s men picked up all three Serie A points.
Following his superb showing at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, McTominay took to Instagram and posted a powerful message to the Napoli fans at the match.
Speaking on social media, the Napoli midfielder wrote to his 3.1m Instagram followers: “Your support is amazing!!!”

Napoli have won four of their last five Serie A fixtures and the Italian club have a three-point lead over second-place Inter Milan with four league matches remaining.
Conte’s men have only tasted defeat four times in the league and Napoli now hold the advantage over defending Serie A champions Inter Milan in the title race.
Inter were in action on Sunday and Simone Inzaghi’s men were stunned in a 1-0 Serie A defeat to Italian side Roma at the San Siro.
Napoli will now resume their Serie A campaign on Saturday with their trip to the Stadio Comunale Via del Mare to face Leece.
