Former Chelsea player and manager Ruud Gullit has questioned some of the Manchester United team and has accused them of shunning their star player.
Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United picked up a vital 2-1 victory against Sheffield United at Bramall Lane to keep them in touch with teams in the top four.
Goals from Scott McTominay, in his new role, and Diogo Dalot were enough for United to claim the three points and make it back-to-back victories in the Premier League.
Despite this, Ruud Gullit believes that Rasmus Hojlund, who is still yet to net a Premier League goal, is being ignored throughout the games and his teammates need to start picking him out with more regularity.

Gullit on Hojlund
Speaking to Premier League Productions, via The Metro, the Dutchman was critical of some of the United players and questioned why they don’t pick out the Dane enough.
“I still think you have to get your striker on the scoresheet,” Gullit told Premier League Productions after United’s win over the Blades.
“Because if he gets on the scoresheet he gets confidence, then also the rest are looking for him all the time.
“They don’t look for him as much. And he’s in areas where you can have a look at him. You see too many players too eager to score themselves, they’re coming inside, they want to hit the target all the time.”
Hojlund’s impact
Despite failing to hit the back of the net against Sheffield United, which included seeing his goalbound shot saved by Wes Foderingham, the 20-year-old looks promising.
Hojlund was substituted midway through the second half but Erik ten Hag put that decision down to the forward’s fitness.
Nevertheless, Hojlund still looks promising in every game he has featured in and his abilities with his back to goal are certainly improving, too.
Gullit may be right about the lack of service, too often the widemen and captain Bruno Fernandes try the Hollywood shot when the pass to the Dane is on, they need to get better at this, which will come with time.
