Casemiro is back in full training for Manchester United after a flight to Paris for an awards ceremony last night.

The midfielder was named in the FIFPro XI, a team comprised of the best 11 players in the world, voted for by his fellow professionals around the globe.

It was the first time Casemiro had been voted into the team, and his Manchester United teammates are thrilled for his success.

The Manchester United midfielder posed with his trophy along with the rest of the Manchester United squad at Carrington, plus manager Erik ten Hag.

Injured midfielder Christian Eriksen was among the first team squad pictured. He was at Wembley in a walking boot.

Anthony Martial was among the players there, which included youngsters Zidane Iqbal and Kobbie Mainoo.

The one notable absentee was Phil Jones, who appears to be ostracised from the squad at this point. While he was at Wembley as a pundit, he was not seen in any celebration photos.

Casemiro’s award win was praised by former Real Madrid teammate Luka Modric, who was also included in the XI, while Jadon Sancho also reached out to hail his teammate.

Marcus Rashford told after the cup final how United’s attacking players have all been raving about Casemiro, just like the fans, while the defensive players are pretty glad to have him too.

Casemiro and the United squad are preparing for the FA Cup fifth round tie against West Ham at Old Trafford, before an away game against Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
