Manchester United’s new sponsors TeamViewer have secured another high profile partnership.
TeamViewer were announced as United’s new shirt sponsors earlier this month, replacing Chevrolet from the 2021/22 season.
Now the tech company have announced another deal with Formula One team Mercedes.
The deal aligns TeamViewer with Formula One’s top team, and driver, Lewis Hamilton.
It’s possible we could see Marcus Rashford and Lewis Hamilton working together for commercial reasons over the next five years, with TeamViewer now a common link between the two high profile stars.

TeamViewer’s logo will be seen on both the Formula One cars, and drivers’ racing suits.
The partnership is a logical alignment, with both TechViewer and Mercedes based in Germany, and Formula One being arguably the most data and tech driven sport in the world.
When TeamViewer were announced as Manchester United’s sponsors, it was the first time many people in the UK had heard of them. It seems clear the company is determined to significantly raise their brand awareness.
TeamViewer’s partnership with Mercedes appears to be a sure thing, with the team looking likely to be successful again this season after winning the first Formula One race of the year in Bahrain at the weekend.
Manchester United will have to start delivering too. The club have been without a trophy for too long. It’s time to change that.
