Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag still needs results to keep his job and managers continue to be linked with the Old Trafford hot seat.
Erik ten Hag faces another massive double-header this week.
The Manchester United boss remains under significant pressure despite keeping his job over the international break.
Ineos were thought to have discussed Ten Hag’s future during the break but chose to keep him in place.
A 2-1 win over Brentford on Saturday has certainly helped Ten Hag’s cause but that can’t just be a flash in the pan.
United now face away trips to Fenerbahce and West Ham United with Ten Hag looking for results in both the European League and the Premier League.

Manchester United manager target wanted by AC Milan
Ten Hag’s future remains uncertain and we are seeing more and more managers linked with replacing him at Old Trafford.
On Tuesday, it was former Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez amid claims that Ineos have contacted the Spaniard.
Last week, we saw Edin Terzic emerge as a rather surprising target in the media.
Reports suggested that Terzic is highly regarded inside United and could emerge as a key target as Ten Hag’s eventual successor.
The German remains out of work having left Borussia Dortmund over the summer, despite taking them to the Champions League final.
Terzic may well be on United’s radar but he is attracting plenty of rival interest too.
Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg now claims that both AC Milan and West Ham United are interested in Terzic.
It’s claimed that Terzic still has a strong relationship with West Ham having previously served as Slaven Bilic’s assistant in East London.
That means that a United win this weekend could spell the end for Julen Lopetegui – and take Terzic off the market.
Milan are a threat though and it’s suggested that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has already made direct contact with Terzic.
Paulo Fonseca was only appointed over the summer – just like Lopetegui – but questions over his future mean Terzic is in the picture.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic could sign United defender
Former United striker Ibrahimovic is now a senior advisor at AC Milan and clearly has strong influence at the San Siro.
Ibrahimovic may make a big change by going for Terzic and potentially taking away a possible United target.
The Swede may even raid United too with reports suggesting that AC Milan want to sign Victor Lindelof.
Lindelof is in the final year of his contract at Old Trafford and will surely be on the move in 2025.
Ibrahimovic seemingly wants to bring his compatriot to Italy and Lindelof may well find himself playing under Terzic one way or another in the coming months.
