Manchester United have released data showing the five players who have covered the most distance this season.
The figures relate to all 12 Premier League matches, favouring those who have been picked in each one.
Predictably the tireless Scott McTominay features as United’s busiest runner.
The surprise name is to see centre-back Harry Maguire at number two, ahead of Dan James, Marcus Rashford and Andreas Pereira.
Scott McTominay 130.88 km
Harry Maguire 112.24 km
Daniel James 107.83 km
Marcus Rashford 105.19 km
Andreas Pereira 101.63 km

Hard work is key
It is rare for a centre-back to feature in a list like this, which is usually dominated by midfielders and full-backs.
United don’t have any full-backs who have featured in all 12 matches this season with both Luke Shaw and Aaron Wan-Bissaka missing games through injury.
Maguire has been seen trying to get forward for United regularly, to try and pose a threat from set pieces, or even have shots at goal from outside the box.
The England international has not scored yet since his £80 million move, missing a couple of close range chances against Newcastle and West Ham.
The hard work Maguire is putting in deserves praise, and also strengthens the argument that United need to rest him, with England choosing to play him in every international game.
He will be needed against former club Sheffield United this weekend. Lets hope his endeavour is rewarded with a crucial goal.
