Manchester United drew another blank against one of the league’s top teams in a 0-0 draw with Chelsea.
Shortly after the game concluded, striker Edinson Cavani had a message to send to supporters.
Cavani’s message said he was ‘eager to come back soon’, a possible indication he is on the verge of a return.
Cavani missed out on the clash with Chelsea due to injury, having now sat out the last four matches.
His message could signal that he is optimistic of playing a part this coming week.
United’s striker have failed to step up in his absence, with neither Mason Greenwood or Anthony Martial scoring.
Cavani didn’t have his greatest game in his last appearance, a draw with West Brom, yet United are generally a better side with him involved.

The upcoming fixtures this week sees United travel to Crystal Palace on Wednesday, before another away game at Manchester City on Sunday.
Cavani missed both league and cup games against City earlier in the season, through injury and then suspension, so it would be useful to have him available for this one.
The Uruguayan has scored seven goals in 24 total appearances this season, of which 12 games have been starts.
Cavani’s message drew a positive response from fans, who let him know how much he is needed back in the starting line-up…
