Donny van de Beek is beginning to look a little more settled at Manchester United in recent weeks.
He came off the bench in United’s win over Burnley with the score at 1-1, replacing Marcus Rashford.

Just like against Brighton, United scored a minute later. He wasn’t involved this time, but he did play a big role in the third goal.
Van de Beek registered his second United assist of his career by setting up Edinson Cavani for his 10th goal of the campaign.
It was a good way for Van de Beek to enjoy his birthday, considering he began the game on the bench.
Bruno lauds Donny

Bruno Fernandes sent a message to Van de Beek on Instagram after the game, congratulating him for his contribution, and his birthday.
Van de Beek responded by saying, ‘A pleasure to play with you bro’.
Getting the pair on the same pitch together is not simple from a tactical perspective, but it is key to getting the best out of Van de Beek.
The Dutchman makes good runs into the penalty area and Fernandes is a player who can execute the passes to pick him out, and understands where he will be.
It was Fernandes who played in Van de Beek to set up Cavani’s goal at the end of the game. A pre-assist, if you like.
Van de Beek’s exchange on social media with Fernandes was as revealing as their passing. The Dutchman is getting on the same wavelength as United’s key man and feeling like he belongs.
That could be dangerous for defences as Van de Beek’s United career goes on.
