Arsenal and England star Declan Rice has admitted that one Manchester United star has impressed him more on free-kicks than Red Devils skipper Bruno Fernandes.
Bruno Fernandes is Manchester United’s designated spot-kick and free-kick taker and the 31-year-old Portuguese midfielder is superbly impactful from dead-ball set-pieces.
The Man Utd captain has been enjoying a stunning run of form in the 2025-26 campaign after playing in the No 10 role under interim boss Michael Carrick.
Fernandes is only one Premier League assist away from tying the record for most assists in a single season, with the United ace registering 19 assists in 32 matches.

Declan Rice picks England teammate Marcus Rashford for free-kicks ahead of Man Utd star Bruno Fernandes
Speaking to Versus on TikTok, Declan Rice was asked about the best set-piece kick taker he has ever seen, with the Arsenal star talking himself up for corner-kicks.
However, the 27-year-old England international admitted that Marcus Rashford, who is on loan at Barcelona from Manchester United, stands out for his free-kick ability.
“On corners I will have to say myself, but on free-kicks I will have to say Rashford, the way he hits the ball is so good,” Rice said.
Marcus Rashford left Old Trafford last summer and the 28-year-old Three Lions international completed a stunning move to Barcelona for the 2025-26 campaign.

England star Marcus Rashford to make a permanent Barcelona move or to return to Man Utd?
Marcus Rashford has impressed at Barcelona this season, with the Man Utd talent netting 13 times and registering 14 assists in 46 matches across all competitions.
Barcelona have the option to sign Rashford permanently from United in 2026, with the Red Devils including a set transfer fee of £30.3m as part of the loan deal.
Rashford returned to Old Trafford last summer for a brief period of time after the England star spent the second half of the 2024-25 season on loan at Aston Villa.
The Barcelona forward lost his place in the United starting XI in the previous campaign after Rashford was dropped under former Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim.
