Bruno Fernandes has won Manchester United’s player of the year award for the second straight season.
United fans across the world voted for the winner of the award and the Portuguese international won by a landslide.
Fernandes scooped 63 per cent of the votes cast after a season where he has scored 28 goals and notched up 17 assists in all competitions.
Luke Shaw was Bruno’s main contender for the crown, coming second after his best ever season in a United shirt.
Edinson Cavani has been the pick of United’s summer signings and came in third on the back of his maiden Old Trafford campaign.
Mason Greenwood has been on fire in recent weeks and he was rewarded with a fourth place finish, underlining his continual improvement.
Marcus Rashford has played through injury for much of the term but impressed enough to round off the top five.

The award underlines Bruno’s influence on this United team.
He has been inspirational since his arrival and it’s no coincidence that his first full season as a United player has seen the club’s improvement continue and ensured progression to a European final.
Bruno sets the standards every single game and makes so much happen. The award is fully deserved.
Fernandes will hope to mark the award with another goal or assist tonight against Fulham.
