Manchester United are pushing hard to try and sign Amad Traore.
The MEN reported earlier today that a move for Traore is still alive, but it could be done in January.
Now Gianluca di Marzio also reports a deal to United is on.
Fabrizio Romano reported that Traore’s proposed transfer to Parma has collapsed, and suggested a move could go through today.
Romano then insisted due to the work permit taking time to be passed., Traore could only officially become a United player in January.
He claims United will pay around £26 million to sign Traore.

Traore was first linked to United by TMW back in December 2019.
The teenager is a talented prospect who has already played for Atalanta’s first team.
He would join Uruguayan winger Facundo Pellistri, who The Mail reports is close to joining United.
Neither player are truly first team ready players, but United may position them as such, bringing them into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad immediately.
Traore is a big talent and it is good to see United planning for the future with smart, low-cost gambles like this, even if there may be limited immediate impact from him in the 2020/21 season.
This is one to watch before the deadline, although with reports it could take until January to conclude, there is no guarantee Traore will be a United player by 11pm.
