Manchester United supporters have voted for the team’s man of the match following the draw at Tottenham.
For the second week running, Manchester United were the better team away from home, but had to settle for a 2-2 draw.
United valiantly fought back to claim a draw in stoppage time, after Tottenham had gone 2-1 up. Matthijs de Ligt headed in after a Bruno Fernandes corner.
Fans were already raving about De Ligt’s defensive performance even before his equaliser.
Bryan Mbeumo had put United ahead in the first half, continuing his own outstanding form.

Matthijs de Ligt’s MOTM double
Manchester United’s official app also conducted their own Man Of The Match poll, and Matthijs de Ligt has done the double.
De Ligt won that vote with 40 per cent of responses, followed by Mbeumo with 35 per cent. Lammens only had 10 per cent in this poll.
De Ligt has been an ever-present for Manchester United this season, and his dramatic late header was reward for his persistence.
