Manchester United’s four-game unbeaten streak was preserved in insane fashion as a crazy last ten minutes saw the team claw back a point in a 2-2 draw.
A scrappy start to the game needed one moment of genuine intent from either team, and it was provided by Man Utd, as Amad crossed for Bryan Mbeumo just past the halfway mark to give the team a lead.
They would take that lead into half-time in front of an anxious Spurs support.
Spurs started the second half in the ascendancy, with Senne Lammens called into action on occasion, but he dealt with it superbly.
A dire Spurs display was eventually brought to life by Mathys Tel, who turned De Ligt in the box to equalise.
United were forced to see out the game with ten men due to Sesko’s injury in a nightmare end as Richarlison scored the winner in added time. De Ligt headed in a late equaliser to salvage a deserved point for United.

Man Utd player ratings vs Spurs
Senne Lammens – 7
Made a casual mistake to start the game, but shook it off to make some great saves to show his mental toughness and resilience.
Matthijs de Ligt – 8
Was having a fine game with another combative display before being turned by Tel for Spurs’ equaliser. Scored an equaliser of his own in the dying embers of the game.
Harry Maguire – 7
A good presence in both boxes as he continues to be Amorim’s reliable soldier on the pitch. Came off injured.
Luke Shaw – 7
Much like Maguire, threw himself into duels with authority and tried to progress the ball up the pitch.
Noussair Mazraoui – 6
Kept the ball circulating without doing anything flashy as the wing-back this time.
Patrick Dorgu – 7
An upgrade on Dalot in both boxes as he zipped in some dangerous crosses and defended diligently.
Casemiro – 5
Some unforced errors in the middle of the park could have been more costly against a better team.
Bruno Fernandes – 4
Sloppy with the ball and got shrugged off in duels and challenges to mark a forgettable game. Needs a wake-up call in the deep midfield role.
Amad – 7.5
Kept his calm when he had the ball in the box to pick out Mbeumo with a brilliant cross.
Bryan Mbeumo – 8
Man Utd’s newest “Mr Dependable” scored again, fresh off winning the Player of the Month award.
Matheus Cunha – 6
Again got a thankless striker role where he huffed and puffed to no avail. Kept working hard.
Substitutes
Benjamin Sesko – 5
Made some nice runs into the channels to get United up the pitch but missed two chances before coming off injured.
Leny Yoro – 5
Part of the defence that conceded two late goals.
Mason Mount – 6.5
Plugged the gaps late on with his tireless running late on when Spurs attacked with purpose.
Manuel Ugarte – 5
Played Richarlison onside for Spurs’ winner.
Diogo Dalot – 5
Same as Yoro.
