Man United’s starting line-up vs Liverpool
Last time out against Brentford, United were without Cunha because the Brazilian suffered a hip injury that kept him on the sidelines.
However, Cunha has been recalled to the team by Carrick and will start on the left of a front three.
Patrick Dorgu returned from injury and was on the bench against Brentford. He will once again be a substitute option for Carrick against Liverpool.
In defence, Lisandro Martinez’s three-match suspension is still being served, with this being the final game of his ban.
It means that the defensive partnership of Harry Maguire and Ayden Heaven remains intact after promising displays against Chelsea and Brentford.
In midfield, Casemiro will play his final match against Liverpool as a United player, and he is partnered by Kobbie Mainoo with captain Bruno Fernandes ahead of them.
Fernandes is two assists away from the Premier League record, and there would be no better feeling than breaking it against Liverpool. Up front, Benjamin Sesko leads the line.
