Carlos Baleba should be Manchester United’s big money midfielder

There are lots of doubts around Carlos Baleba and Manchester United signing him this summer, but these might be misguided fears.

Baleba has shown quality recently, proving that while he might have struggled earlier this season, his class is permanent and shouldn’t be written off.

The Cameroonian international has all the tools to be an elite midfielder, and Michael Carrick is the right man to put the pieces together.

Elliot Anderson should be first choice if affordable, but Baleba right now looks the most realistic midfield option for United to sign.

He will only continue to get better.
