Cristiano Ronaldo is just relentless. The Manchester United star scored his 10th international hat-trick against Luxembourg.
After scoring two early goals and helping Portugal to a commanding half-time lead, it would have been easy for Ronaldo to tell his manager his night was done and that he was willing to take the rest of the night off.
Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t built like that. He wants to play every minute of every game and score as many goals as humanly possible.
Ronaldo stayed on and completed his hat-trick with a header to score Portugal’s fifth goal.
The Portugal forward thanked the fans at the stadium for driving them on and says it is in his DNA to keep pushing for as many as possible.

Ronaldo’s reaction showed how much scoring goals continues to mean to him.
Even with the international goal record broken last month, he wants to keep on adding more. Ronaldo now has 115 international goals.

Ronaldo’s insatiable desire to keep on scoring as many as possible is what makes him so great. He has 794 career goals for club and country.
Manchester United are still re-adjusting to him and vice versa, and while the start has not been perfect results-wise since he returned, he has netted five goals in six appearances.
Ronaldo will be looking to deliver in the tough schedule United have ahead.
United will need him, and providing the service into Ronaldo is good, he should hit the 800 goal mark very soon.
