Manchester United have completed the first signing of the day, with Altay Bayindir now officially confirmed.
The departure of Dean Henderson was made official last night, with the English international bringing in a fee of £20million.
This money could likely go towards Sofyan Amrabat, given the cheap nature of the Englishman’s replacement.
Altay Bayindir is the chosen man to fill the gap which is Manchester United‘s second choice keeper.
Bayindir will be arriving at Old Trafford from Fenerbahce where he made his name as a really solid goalkeeper, and is a Turkey international.

Bayindir officially a Manchester United player
Bayindir has now officially been announced as Manchester United’s fourth summer signing.
He follows Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund in arriving at the club.
MORE UNITED STORIES
He will also now complete the goalkeeping department as he comes in as the number two to work under Onana.
Bayindir has signed a contract until 2027 and we are delighted to see him arrive at the club.
Upon his arrival, Bayindir has described the feeling he has joining United: “It is a huge honour to join Manchester United and become the first Turkish player to represent this incredible club.”
What will he bring to United?
Upon arrival here, Bayindir will be under no illusions that he is here to be second choice to Andre Onana.
This obviously isn’t a bad place to be, and it is likely he gets action in the cups which is something Erik ten Hag didn’t do last season.
Bayindir will give Ten Hag the option however, given he is better suited to be brought in to play games than Tom Heaton was last season.
While unlikely to seriously threaten Onana’s position in the first eleven, Bayindir will offer some competition and a player who can play the style required when necessary, and will be needed if the first choice stopper heads to the AFCON.
Crucially, Bayindir looks to have been signed in time for the midday deadline to be registered to make the squad against Arsenal.
