Here we go! Fabrizio Romano has this morning confirmed that Dean Henderson is officially on his way out of Old Trafford.
It was no dispute that the English shot-stopper wasn’t really wanted at the club this summer. Erik ten Hag brought in Andre Onana to be first choice after David De Gea‘s departure.
He’s also now seeking out a backup goalkeeper, likely to be Altay Bayindir, meaning there’s really no room for Henderson, especially when Tom Heaton returns from injury.
Now it finally looks like Henderson has a new home, and he’ll still be playing Premier League football.

Dean Henderson to Crystal Palace
Fabrizio Romano took to Twitter this morning to confirm the keeper’s departure from the club.
The Italian journalist stated that a deal had been agreed, which included a £20m package deal, with add-ons included.
MORE UNITED STORIES
A sell-on clause will also be part of the deal, which is good news for Manchester United.
Henderson will travel to London to complete his medical today.
One in, one out…
Henderson’s departure means that Altay Bayindir will shortly sign with the club – also mentioned briefly by Romano at the tail end of his Tweet.
Yesterday Romano confirmed that the Fenerbahce goalkeeper is now in the United Kingdom as he prepares to sign for Manchester United.
It’s stated that United have agreed a deal worth €7million (£6million) and Bayindir is on the verge of becoming a United player.
Not much is known about the Turkish keeper, but he’s been a very competent shot-stopper for the Turkish side who also have Champions League experience.
All the best Dean… and hopefully welcome to Altay!
