Manchester United are closing in on two signings and are now making calls to potentially secure a third for Ruben Amorim.
We are now heading into the final days of the January transfer window and Manchester United are starting to liven up.
United are set to sign Ayden Heaven with the Arsenal defender on the verge of a move to Old Trafford.
Patrick Dorgu is also poised to join United with the Lecce wonderkid set to arrive in a deal worth around £31.5million.
Those incomings deals will boost Ruben Amorim’s squad but any more business will rely on outgoings.
Antony has joined Real Betis but doubts surround the likes of Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Casemiro in the final days of the window.

Manchester United making calls for Bundesliga ace
Amorim would no doubt love an attacking signing or two.
United just don’t look all that threatening in the final third and the likes of Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee are flattering to deceive.
An attacking addition could be pivotal before the January deadline and United appear to have found a potential signing.
The Athletic’s David Ornstein reports that United have made contact with the representatives of Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel.
19-year-old Tel wants to leave Bayern on loan before the transfer deadline and United are now keen.
United have so far been unable to advance the move though with departures needed to activate a potential Tel arrival.
Fabrizio Romano adds that United are one of seven clubs calling to try and sign Tel.
Romano claims that there will be more talks to come with Tel seeking first-team opportunities away from Bavaria.
Who is Manchester United target Mathys Tel?
Tel emerged in the Rennes youth ranks and played just 10 first-team games before completing a big-money move to Bayern in 2022.
Speaking on Bayern’s official website in 2022, Hasan Salihamidzic suggested that Tel is a truly ‘exceptional’ talent.
“Mathys Tel is one of the biggest talents in Europe, a very quick, technically strong and versatile striker,” said Salihamidzic.
“He won the European Championships with the France U17s this year as captain of the team. We’ve been watching him for a long time and we were able to convince him to take his next important steps in Munich with us now. We are proud of that, as there were a lot of clubs who wanted to sign him. The development of such an exceptional young player is an exciting project for us all. Of course, Mathys needs time, he needs minutes on the pitch and rhythm. We are all convinced he has a great career in front of him and that he will help our team.”
The Frenchman scored 12 goals in 52 games across his first two seasons at Bayern but has seriously struggled for playing time under Vincent Kompany.
Tel can play up front or out wide but we would envisage him playing through the middle of United’s attack.
A loan deal would at least give United a boost until the summer but having an option to buy would be perfect, presenting the opportunity for Tel to join Dorgu and Heaven in the long-term future under Amorim at Old Trafford.
