Manchester United may have been inactive in January, but already rumours are swirling ahead of a busy summer for Ineos.

One position which is sure to be strengthened this summer at Old Trafford is the wings. With Jadon Sancho almost certain to leave, along with uncertainty over the future of Antony.

Along with this, Facundo Pellistri seems unlikely to make it at Manchester United and Amad Diallo could also seek a new challenge with Erik ten Hag not giving him game time.

This could leave just Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho as options on the wings which explains why wingers are on the agenda at Carrington for Omar Berrada and Ineos.

Manchester United scouting Roony Bardghji

One player many would love to see arrive at Old Trafford is 18-year-old Swedish wonderkid Roony Bardghji and those wishes could soon come true.

According to The Sun, United have been scouting the Copenhagen star during the Atlantic Ocean Cup in Portugal which is effectively a mini pre-season tournament.

They’ll have also been impressed with what they saw as the £17m valued maestro scored a delightful volley for his side.

Ten Hag will be no stranger to the 18-year-old as he broke United’s hearts with a late winner during a 4-3 Copenhagen win in the Champions League group stages over United.

In a boost to the chances of him joining the report also states that Bardghji’s father is Manchester United mad and so would undoubtedly be keen for his son to join.

United have options in their winger hunt

Bardghji is an exceptional talent however United are clearly keeping their options open when it comes to who they’ll sign.

Another notable option is Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise who has already made it onto Ineos’ list for the summer alongside defender Jarrad Branthwaite.

Olise however comes with increasing concern over his fitness after yet another injury being picked up this past weekend in a 4-1 defeat to Brighton.

However, both are fantastic talents and absolutely the profiles of wingers that United should be targetting.
