Manchester United still have plenty of transfer business to complete in the final week of the summer window.
Ruben Amorim has already welcomed four major signings into his Manchester United squad but Ineos are not stopping there.
Talks with Senne Lammens are advanced, with United hoping to finalise a £17 million move for the Royal Antwerp shot-stopper.
It is also widely known that Ruben Amorim wants an “athletic” midfielder to join, although United have withdrawn interest in Carlos Baleba so Ineos are having to consider alternative targets.
While work continues on new incomings, Ineos are also under big pressure to complete several sales this week, and reports suggest one could come down to the final few hours of the window.

Alejandro Garnacho deal could be completed on deadline day
Alejandro Garnacho was thrown into Amorim’s bomb squad this summer following his shocking comments after the Europa League final.
Reports suggest Amorim told Garnacho he “better pray that you can find a club”, and the Portuguese head coach was right – the Argentine winger still remains on United’s books with days left in the window.
Garnacho only wants to join Chelsea this summer and talks are underway to make a deal happen. United value Garnacho at £50 million, but the Blues are waiting on sales of their own before pushing forward for the deal.
According to David Ornstein at The Athletic, Garnacho is “expected” to join Chelsea, with United having already rejected a couple of bids from the London club.
There is an “anticipation that this materialises” into a move, but Ornstein adds that the saga could continue up until deadline day.
Man United can still raise £100m this summer
So far, United’s net spend this summer gives Ineos a bad look – the Red Devils have splashed close to £200 million on their four signings without bringing in any money from sales.
That isn’t particularly accurate, though, as United have earned £25 million from sell-on clauses which will provide a healthy injection of cash into the club’s budget.
But Ineos will be hoping to raise much more than that in the coming days. A £50 million Garnacho deal should only be the start.
Antony is valued at around £39 million, with reports that Real Betis are preparing a new offer as well as interest from Fenerbahce.
Rasmus Hojlund is close to joining Napoli, and while United aren’t expected to earn anything from his departure this summer, a buy clause for 2026 will likely pocket the Red Devils around £40 million.
Finally, Roma are pushing for Jadon Sancho, who has already rejected multiple contract offers this summer as he holds out for a bigger wage. Sancho’s sale could earn United £12-15 million.
