Manchester United’s recruitment has improved under Ineos and much of that is down to Christopher Vivell.
Ineos can take pride in improving Manchester United’s recruitment, and the latest proof came in Senne Lammens winning signing of the season.
On top of Lammens, Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko all had outstanding debut seasons at Old Trafford.
Under Ineos, there has been a new footballing structure put in place with Omar Berrada at the top of the tree as CEO. Under him, sporting director Jason Wilcox and director of recruitment Christopher Vivell are the brains behind the transfer planning.

Christopher Vivell is wanted by AC Milan
Reports this week claim that AC Milan want Christopher Vivell in a senior sporting role as part of their rebuild.
Ironically, the rebuild is being led by former United boss Ralf Rangnick, who was meant to take a board room role at United as an advisor before being let go.
Rangnick and Vivell both had success in the Red Bull Group before moving to United, but they also worked together previously.
Vivell worked with Rangnick at Hoffenheim, starting as a video analyst. He then followed him to the Red Bull group, firstly with Red Bull Salzburg, then at Red Bull Leipzig.

Why Man Utd must keep hold of Christopher Vivell
In a short space of time, Vivell’s reputation among the United fanbase has soared.
Vivell was key to the Benjamin Sesko deal, pushing to sign the striker after knowing him from their time together at RB Leipzig.
This summer, it is Vivell pushing for Aurelien Tchouameni to make a move to Old Trafford. His connections in the industry are impressive, and his transfer record speaks for itself.

United are planning to mount a Premier League title charge, and Vivell is an integral part of the project as a recruitment chief.
Ineos need to keep key players like Bruno Fernandes at Old Trafford, but they also need to keep elite members of staff like Vivell, at all costs.
